Is it really free?
Yes. Build as many letters as you like and download the PDFs. We ask for your email once, at the first download, so we can follow up.
Do you keep my letter?
No. The letter is rendered and returned to you. We keep your email, the company name, the job title and the pay so we know what people build. The candidate's name and the letter itself are not stored.
Can I use my own logo and colour?
Yes. Paste a link to your logo and pick a brand colour; they apply to every design. In the app you can also build templates with your own sections and clauses.
Is this legal advice?
No. The templates use standard United States language for at-will employment, contingencies and confidentiality. Have counsel review before you send a real offer, especially for other countries or states with their own rules.
